1. An electrolyte for a secondary battery comprising an oligomer or polymer prepared from a compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 1 as a monomer:

X1 and X3 are independently of each other a substituted or unsubstituted compound represented by the above Chemical Formula 2;
X2 and X4 are independently of each other hydrogen, halogen, substituted or unsubstituted C1-15 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C2-15 alkenyl, or the substituted or unsubstituted compound represented by the above Chemical Formula 2;
n and m are independently of each other an integer of 0 to 15;
A is a bond or —C(═O)—;
Y is independently of each other a bond, —CH2— or —CH2CH2—; and
M is an alkali metal.
