13. A quantum cell manufacturing process comprising:
during manufacture of the quantum cell, using a multi-finger jig to apply force to an object to be bonded, wherein the multi-finger jig is used to apply force to a first mask used to maintain flatness of a second mask during a photolithographic procedure; and
before or after using the multi-finger jig, introducing quantum particles into the quantum cell.
