1. A mobile ventilation stack assembly comprising:
a substantially vertical tubular stack having an upper end terminating in an outlet and a lower end;
at least one tubular pipe, containing multiple disassemblable pieces, extending from a fitting end to an inlet end, the fitting end being fluidly connected with the lower end of the substantially vertical tubular stack; and
a first housing having the dimensions of a standard shipping container, having a bottom for resting on a substantially horizontal surface, and being rigidly connected to the substantially vertical tubular stack and the at least one tubular pipe wherein said rigid connection allows the substantially vertical tubular stack, the at least one tubular pipe and the first housing to be movable as a single unit,
wherein the at least one tubular pipe extends from the fitting end through one of the opposed smallest faces of the first housing to the inlet end, wherein the inlet end is fluidly connectable to a source of a fumigant to be ventilated to permit a user of the mobile ventilation stack assembly to attach the source of the fumigant to the inlet end,
an incinerator included within the mobile ventilation stack assembly between the inlet end of the at least one tubular pipe and the outlet of the ventilation stack assembly,
wherein the incinerator ignites and burns at least a portion of the fumigant provided to the inlet end of the at least one tubular pipe
whereby the fumigant flows through the at least one tubular pipe, into the substantially vertical tubular stack, through the substantially vertical tubular stack, and thence through the outlet of the substantially vertical tubular stack.
