1. An aircraft-based system for tracking control inputs, comprising:
at least one processor operatively coupled to one or more flight deck controls of an aircraft and to an operator monitor of the aircraft;
and
a memory in data communication with the at least one processor and configured for storage of a plurality of expected control inputs;
wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
receive at least one indication of an incapacitation state from the operator monitor, the incapacitation state associated with an operator of the aircraft;
in response to the indication, record one or more control inputs submitted by the operator via the one or more flight deck controls;
determine at least one control input deviation by comparing the one or more recorded control inputs to one or more expected control inputs of the plurality of expected control inputs;
and
when the at least one control input deviation exceeds a threshold level, direct the one or more flight deck controls to provide feedback corresponding to the associated recorded control input.
