1. A method of moving an object, the method being implemented via a robot, the method comprising:
contacting the object with an arm of the robot;
moving the arm to cause the object to move toward a torso of the robot after contacting the object with the arm;
contacting the object with a protrusion of the robot after moving the arm to cause the object to move toward the torso, wherein the protrusion extends anteriorly from the torso;
supporting a weight of the object via the protrusion after contacting the object with the protrusion; and
moving the object by bipedal locomotion using legs of the robot while supporting the weight of the object via the protrusion.
