1. A gas therapy system comprising a flow line, a gas source or a link to a gas source, and a nebulizer or a link to a nebulizer for aerosol delivery, a patient interface or a coupler for connection to a patient interface, and a controller configured to modulate gas flow and aerosol delivery in real time,
wherein the controller is configured to change gas flow rate from the gas source and perform modulation of (1) aerosol delivery from the nebulizer, and (2) a concentration of oxygen supplied from the gas source, based on the change in gas flow rate.
