1. A method of vaccinating a dog against canine parainfluenza, the method comprising administering to the dog a therapeutically effective amount of a vaccine comprising modified live canine parainfluenza (CPI) virus, wherein the vaccine is administered orally in a first dose and orally in a second dose, and wherein said second dose being administered about 7 days to about 35 days following administration of said first dose.
