1. A mobile medical clinic vehicle comprising:
an enclosure connected to a chassis and configured to accommodate a plurality of medical equipment items for patients and healthcare providers to utilize within the enclosure;
a generator;
wheels;
an internal combustion engine connected to said chassis and configured to drive said generator and at least one of said wheels; and
a plurality of electrical components configured to provide power conditioning without backup power, which when said generator is operated, receive electrical power output from said generator and provide a first output at a first voltage to a first subset of the medical equipment items and a second output at a second voltage to a second subset of the medical equipment items, wherein said plurality of electrical components comprise a bank of capacitors;
wherein no uninterruptible power supply is electrically interposed between the generator and the medical equipment items.
