1. A copolymer of Formula (B):

OG Complex Work Unit Chemistry
wherein:
R20, R21, R22, R23, and R24 are each independently hydrogen, fluorine, or C1-4 alkyl substituted with at least one fluorine; wherein at least one of R20, R21, R22, R23, and R24 is fluorine;
L3 is independently a bond, —(CH2)2—, or —CH(CH3)—;
R30, R31, R32, R33, R34, and R35 are each independently —CH3 or —CF3;
m and n are each independently an integer from 1 to 50.
