1. A medical device for deployment in a body, wherein the device comprises:
a tubular body comprising a closed first end and a closed second end, the body defining a longitudinal axis extending between the first end and the second end, the body comprising a body width measured transverse to the longitudinal axis when the device is in a relaxed configuration; and
a single flange extending outwardly to a flange width at a flange peripheral edge, the flange comprising one or more linear surfaces when the device is in the relaxed configuration, wherein the body width proximate the flange is less than the flange width.
