1. A deep skin staple comprising:
a bridge portion including an elongate section extending along a longitudinal axis of the deep skin staple;
a first spring arm extending from a distal end of the bridge portion;
a second spring arm extending from a proximal end of the bridge portion;
a first leg coupled to the first spring arm, the first leg extending inferiorly at a first angle relative to the bridge portion in a first plane and a second angle relative to the bridge portion in a second plane; and
a second leg coupled to the second spring arm, the second leg extending inferiorly at a third angle relative to the bridge portion in the first plane and a fourth angle relative to the bridge portion in the second plane.
