1. A seating furniture comprising:
a) a foam main body;
b) a cutout opening formed in the main body defining an inner seating surface; and
c) a removable nesting insert configured to friction fit within the inner surface of the cutout opening of the main body;
wherein the removable nesting insert is configured to provide seating when separated from the main body, and
wherein the main body defines a bench seat in a horizontal configuration, and
wherein the removable nesting insert defines an insert thickness, the main body defines a body thickness, and the insert thickness is less than the body thickness.
