1. A method of modeling and making a foot insert comprising:
collecting three-dimensional data of at least one foot of a group of patients and placing a scan in a collection of scans representing a sample patient population having a first shoe size, obtaining at least one representative measurement for the sample patient population, and generating a first model of an insole based on the at least one representative measurement and determining a footbed dimension from an anthropometric dimension and a differential coefficient for the first shoe size;
size grading the first model of the first shoe size to generate additional shoe size models; and
forming a plurality of foot inserts including a first foot insert having the first shoe size and a second foot insert having a different shoe size based on at least one of the additional shoe size models.
