A primer-probe combination for vaginal microecosystem detection suitable for high-resolution melting curve analysis, comprising primers and probes for target gene detection against Lactobacillus crispatus (LC), Lactobacillus gasseri (LG), Lactobacillus jensenii (LJ), Lactobacillus iners (LI), Gardnerella vaginalis (GV), Candida albicans (CA) and Trichomonas vaginalis (TV), with nucleotide sequences shown below:
