A treatment solution comprising a mixture of urea, urease, a calcium ion source, one or more polysaccharides, a casein protein, a protease, an ionic compound, and a sugar in an aqueous solution, wherein the protease is selected from the group consisting of Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus oryzae, and combinations thereof.
