1. A pump in reservoir implant for inflating inflatable medical implants comprising:
at least one nonferrous motor;
a nonferrous fluid pump connected to the at least one nonferrous motor; and
at least one nonferrous valve connected to the nonferrous fluid pump, configured to allow fluid to pass from the pump to an inflatable medical implant.
