1. An apparatus comprising:
at least one processor; and
at least one memory including computer program code;
the at least one memory and the computer program code configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to perform:
detecting a beam failure on one transmission/reception point, TRP, the apparatus being configured to communicate with a plurality of TRPs of a cell, wherein each TRP of the plurality of TRPs is associated with a CORESETPoolIndex value, and each CORESETPoolIndex value is associated with at least one beam failure detection reference signal, BFD-RS, set, and wherein a beam failure on a TRP is determined based on a failure condition of the at least one BFD-RS set associated to the TRP;
based on the detecting, encoding a beam failure indication data to a beam failure recovery, BFR, media access control, MAC, control element, CE, wherein the beam failure indication data indicates the beam failure on one TRP of the plurality of TRPs, wherein the beam failure indication data comprises an information element indicating that the beam failure is partial in which beam failure is detected on one TRP of the plurality of TRPs and another information element indicating an index value of a TRP associated with the partial beam failure; and
transmitting the BFR MAC CE to a network element of the wireless communication network.
