1. A computer-implemented method, comprising:
a. accepting a request to exchange data propagated toward at least one computing device;
b. defining new set mapping execution between two (2) or more exchange apparati, each with access to data storage of underlying identities, that share one (1) or more common identifiers;
c. propagating toward said exchange apparati parameters necessary to evaluate the acceptability of the data exchange;
d. receiving from said exchange apparati parameters defining the status of the request; and
e. receiving from said exchange apparati resultant values from a deterministic obfuscating function with inputs that include, at minimum, a secret value shared exclusively among said exchange apparati and values of the common identifier(s);
wherein said at least one computing device is communicatively coupled to each of the exchange apparati enacting data exchange between said exchange apparati by comparing resultant values transmitted by the exchange apparati, thereby establishing a triple-blind information exchange and facilitating inhibition of unintentional disclosure and re-identification of the underlying identities of the exchange apparati.
