1. A control system for identifying at least a first activity performed by a person of interest, the control system comprising a controller having a processor and a system memory, the controller being configured to:
receive image data from at least one imaging device, the image data comprising at least one image frame representing an image scene including at least a portion of a person of interest;
analyse the image data to generate a skeletal model output that indicates a skeletal model of the at least a portion of the person of interest;
analyse the image data using predefined object data to generate an object detection output that indicates object image boundaries of at least one object of interest with which the person of interest is interacting;
identify the first activity, from a predefined plurality of different activities, performed by the person of interest in dependence on output generated by a trained classifier that takes an input generated based on the skeletal model output and the object detection output; and
control one or more vehicle systems in dependence on the identified first activity.
