1. A system to facilitate adaptive resource capacity prediction and control using cloud infrastructures with a capacity prediction interface, the system comprising:
one or more processing devices comprising one or more processors and memory communicatively coupled with and readable by the one or more processors, the memory comprising processor-readable instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to perform operations comprising:
collecting specifications of resource allocations for a plurality of resources provided by a cloud infrastructure system;
based at least in part on the specifications of the resource allocations, collecting observation data, wherein the observation data comprises resource metrics data mapped to the plurality of resources;
selecting prediction rules from a plurality of prediction rules as a function of one or more particular resource metrics;
identifying a subset of the plurality of resources based at least in part on the observation data;
using the selected prediction rules to predict resource capacities for the subset of the plurality of resources as a function of the one or more particular resource metrics and generate resource capacity predictions;
identifying one or more incidents based at least in part on the resource capacity predictions;
selecting a subset of the resource capacity predictions based at least in part on determining which of the resource capacity predictions satisfy one or more prediction thresholds; and
generating a capacity prediction interface configured to represent at least the subset of the resource capacity predictions and facilitate one or more preemptive actions with respect to the one or more incidents identified based at least in part on the resource capacity predictions.
