1. A system comprising:
a first electronic device configured to:
display a first display interface of a first application program;
receive first indication information instructing splicing display;
identify a type of the first application program;
select, based on the type, a mode for performing the splicing display, wherein the mode corresponds to the type;
display, in the mode corresponding to the type, and in response to the first indication information, a first part of image information on the first display interface; and
send, in the mode corresponding to the type, and in response to the first indication information, a second part of the image information, wherein the first part and the second part are associated with the first display interface; and
a second electronic device communicatively coupled to the first electronic device via a short-distance wireless connection and configured to:
send, in response to detecting a first input of a user, the first indication information to the first electronic device;
display a second display interface of the first application program;
receive the second part from the first electronic device; and
display the second part on the second display interface.
