1. A display substrate, comprising:
a base substrate;
a plurality of sub-pixels arranged on the base substrate in an array in a row direction and a column direction; and
a plurality of post spacers arranged at intervals on the base substrate, wherein the plurality of post spacers comprise a plurality of main post spacers and a plurality of sub post spacers, and each main post spacer of the plurality of main post spacers has a height greater than a height of each of the plurality of sub post spacers,
wherein each of the plurality of sub-pixels has at most one of the plurality of post spacers provided therein, the plurality of sub-pixels comprise a plurality of main sub-pixels each provided with one of the plurality of main post spacers and a plurality of sub sub-pixels each provided with one of the plurality of sub post spacers, the plurality of sub-pixels further comprise a plurality of mark sub-pixels respectively adjacent to the plurality of main sub-pixels in the row direction or the column direction, and the plurality of mark sub-pixels are provided with none of the plurality of post spacers,
wherein four main post spacers adjacent in the row direction and the column direction are arranged in a quadrilateral including a first diagonal line parallel to the row direction and a second diagonal line parallel to the column direction.
