1. An electronic image device, comprising:
a barrel-shaped container;
a conductive liquid and an insulating liquid, which have a same density and different optical refractive indices, are immiscible with each other, and are filled into the barrel-shaped container;
an electronic image element disposed at a first end of the barrel-shaped container, wherein a surface of the electronic image element is in contact with the conductive liquid or the insulating liquid;
a light-transmissive window disposed at a second end of the barrel-shaped container, wherein a surface of the light-transmissive window is in contact with the insulating liquid or the conductive liquid;
a first electrode in contact with the conductive liquid and disposed on a side of the electronic image element; and
a second electrode forming a capacitive coupling with the conductive liquid, disposed on an inner sidewall of the barrel-shaped container, and comprising a conical inclined surface;
wherein a variable voltage is applied between the first electrode and the second electrode to change a curvature of an interface between the conductive liquid and the insulating liquid;
wherein at least one hydrophobic layer for the conductive liquid or for the insulating liquid is disposed on the second electrode; and
wherein the barrel-shaped container comprises a conic-shaped funnel structure with a large opening adjacent to the light-transmissive window and a small opening adjacent to the electronic image element.
