1. An optical film comprises at least one of an oxide and a nitride of a metal alloy,
wherein the metal alloy is a ternary alloy selected from a MgZnCa alloy, a MgCuY alloy, a ZrTiFe alloy, and an AlNiY alloy, and
wherein the optical film has a nano-dual phase structure and a visible light transmittance of 90% or greater.
