1. A colored radiative cooling device, comprising a selective heat transfer layer between a spectral selective filter and a thermal emitter, the spectral selective filter being outside of the thermal emitter,
wherein the spectral selective filter is of a first type that reflects a first wavelength of a color to be expressed among incident sunlight, and
wherein the spectral selective filter absorbs sunlight of wavelengths other than the first wavelength, and transmits mid-infrared light.
