1. A user-equipment (UE) configured for wireless communications, the UE comprising:
a memory comprising computer-executable instructions; and
a processor configured to execute the computer-executable instructions and cause the UE to:
receive a public warning system (PWS) message from an access and mobility function (AMF) via a next generation Node B (gNB), wherein the PWS message includes information associated with at least one program provided via a multimedia service; and
retrieve the at least one program via the multimedia service based on the information indicated in the PWS message.
