1. A method for mapping Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to an entity, the method comprising:
obtaining, by one or more processors, an indication of one or more variations of at least one domain name;
obtaining, by the one or more processors, an indication of one or more IP addresses pointed to by the one or more variations of the at least one domain name; and
assigning, by the one or more processors:
a first weight to a first IP address, of the one or more IP addresses, pointed to by a first number of the one or more variations of the at least one domain name, and
a second weight that is different from the first weight to a second IP address, of the one or more IP addresses, pointed to by a second number of the one or more variations of the at least one domain name that is different from the first number.
