1. A method, comprising:
transmitting, by a network controller, a first quasi co-location (QCL) configuration of a first reference signal (RS), the first QCL configuration indicating:
a first QCL relationship between a second RS and the first RS with respect to a first set of QCL parameters, and
a second QCL relationship between a third RS and the first RS with respect to a second set of QCL parameters; and
transmitting, by the network controller, the first RS, the second RS, and the third RS in accordance with the first QCL configuration.
