1. A computer-implemented method of generating an output video stream, the method being performed by a processor/processing circuitry, the method comprising:
receiving a first input video stream from at least one first camera capturing a scene;
receiving a second input video stream from a second camera only partially capturing the scene;
generating an output video stream from the first input video stream, wherein at least one portion of the scene represented in the output video stream is to be masked;
comparing the second input video stream to the output video stream;
determining, based on the comparison, that a particular area of the at least one portion of the scene represented in the output video stream corresponds to at least a part of the scene represented in the second input video stream; and
refraining from applying a privacy mask to the particular area of the scene represented in the output video stream while applying the privacy mask to the at least one portion of the scene that is outside of the particular area.
