1. An image processing method, comprising:
receiving an image signal, wherein the image signal comprises a first frame and a second frame;
performing motion estimation on the first frame and the second frame to generate an interpolated frame;
determining a foreground edge of the first frame and a foreground edge of the second frame according to at least one motion vector of the first frame and the second frame;
determining a plurality of areas of the interpolated frame according to the foreground edge of the first frame and the foreground edge of the second frame;
for each of the plurality of areas of the interpolated frame, determining whether there is a block in the first frame that moves to the area, and determine whether there is a block in the second frame that moves to the area, to determine whether the area belongs to a cover area or an uncover area; and
in response to a determination result indicating that the area belongs to the cover area or the uncover area, adjusting image contents of the interpolated frame.
