A spectrally selective emitter, comprising a first layer, a second layer and a third layer arranged in sequence, wherein the first layer and the third layer are both a hafnium oxide layer, and the second layer is a hafnium oxide layer in which a plurality of erbium oxide nanoparticles is distributed.
