11. A printed circuit board (PCB), comprising:
a base;
a status sensor located at the base, wherein the status sensor includes a strain gauge integrally formed internally within a body of the PCB to measure internal stress or strain experienced by the PCB;
a low-power power source providing power to the status sensor; and
a memory and processor connected to the status sensor, the memory including instructions which cause the processor to:
in low-power mode, detect an event impacting the PCB using the status sensor; and
record details of the event in the memory.
