1. An insulated structure comprising:
a cavity defined by a plurality of walls;
an aperture defined by a wall of the plurality of walls;
a base structure coupled to the wall that defines the aperture, wherein the base structure is aligned with the aperture and defines at least one channel that is aligned with the aperture; and
a pressure sensor received by the at least one channel of the base structure, wherein the base structure and the pressure sensor together define a pressure-sensing assembly, the pressure-sensing assembly including a first polymeric plate and a second polymeric plate attached to the first polymeric plate.
