1. An inertial sensor comprising:
a plurality of inertial force detection elements each configured to output an output signal corresponding to a detected inertial force;
a processor configured to execute a process relating to the output signal from each of the plurality of inertial force detection elements; and
a base having an arrangement surface,
the plurality of inertial force detection elements including:
a plurality of main inertial force detection elements configured to detect inertial forces of a plurality of first predetermined axes orthogonal to each other and
a sub-inertial force detection element configured to detect an inertial force of a second predetermined axis which intersects the plurality of first predetermined axes such that the second predetermined axis is orthogonal to none of the plurality of first predetermined axes,
the arrangement surface including a main arrangement surface and a sub-arrangement surface which are in different orientations,
the plurality of main inertial force detection elements being on the main arrangement surface,
the sub-inertial force detection element being on the sub-arrangement surface, and
the base including:
a base part having a surface constituting the main arrangement surface and
a tilted part on the surface, the tilted part having a tilted surface constituting the sub-arrangement surface.
