1. A light module for a motor vehicle, comprising:
a light source capable of emitting light rays;
a collector with a reflective surface configured to collect and reflect the light rays emitted by the light source as a distribution of light points of varying intensities and reflect the light rays emitted by the light source into a light beam along an optical axis of the module;
an optical system configured to project the light bean;
wherein the optical system is configured to form an image of the distribution of the light points of varying intensities collected directly from the reflective surface of the collector, and
wherein the optical system has a focal point located on the optical axis, the focal point being behind said light source and in front of a rear part of the collector with respect to a general direction of propagation of the light beam along the optical axis.
