A composition that comprises a recombinant plasmid (RP) with a sequence of nucleotides that comprise a start region, an end region and an insert sequence positioned between the start region and the end region, in which the insert sequence encodes for a sequence of messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) that encodes for a protein, wherein the insert sequence is SEQ ID NO. 2.
