1. A fibrous carbon nanostructure comprising a carbon nanotube, having an amount of localized electrons of 1.0×1017/g or more as determined by electron spin resonance measurement at a temperature of 10 K, and having a G/D ratio of G band peak intensity relative to D band peak intensity in a Raman spectrum of not less than 0.5 and not more than 5.0.
