1. A computer-implemented method of performing an automated power charging process for a plurality of electric vehicles using a processor, the method comprising:
communicating, using the processor, with a power grid system via a network to determine a capacity of the power grid system;
determining, using the processor, that a power demand level of the electric vehicles to satisfy one or more mission requirements of each electric vehicle is greater than the capacity of the power grid system;
in response to the determining, electrically separating a subset of the electric vehicles from the power grid system;
applying, using the processor, an override mode to increase a maximum power load level of the power grid system by an additional load increment to accommodate the power demand level for performing the automated power charging process; and
charging, using the power grid system, electric vehicles not in the subset of the electric vehicles based on the override mode while separately charging the subset of the electric vehicles using an additional power source that is separate from the power grid system.
