1. A system for monitoring an electric aircraft battery pack, the system comprising:
a pack monitor unit (PMU) including:
a controller configured to:
generate a lockout flag based on a measurement datum for a battery module of a battery pack; and
generate an action command based on the measurement datum;
a memory component, wherein the memory component is configured to store the lockout flag persistently; and
a communication component configured to transmit the action command to a high voltage disconnect of the battery module.
