1. A 3D print nozzle, comprising:
an inner chamber comprising an inner facing side and an outer facing side, wherein the inner facing side encloses and is in direct contact with printing material, the printing material having a dynamic viscosity while within the inner chamber, and the inner chamber terminating in an orifice capable of outputting the printing material;
an outer shank around the inner chamber, wherein the outer shank includes the orifice, wherein the outer shank comprises an inner facing side and an outer facing side, and at least one nonconductive area that is on the outer facing side of the outer shank, wherein the at least one nonconductive area interconnects traces and sensors such that a sheath and the sensors are communicatively coupled;
the sheath is on the outer facing side of the outer shank, the sheath comprising traces that are communicatively connected to the sheath;
a collet suitable to be mechanically coupled to a distal portion of the outer shank, wherein the collet is communicatively connected to the traces; and
a plurality of applied coatings, wherein the applied coatings are applied to the inner facing side of the inner chamber.
