1. A battery pack charger comprising:
a housing including a support portion configured to receive a battery pack;
a universal serial bus (“USB”) input port connectable to a USB cable for receiving power;
a charging terminal electrically connectable to a terminal of the battery pack;
a battery charging portion operable to receive power from the USB input port and to output a charging current to the charging terminal to charge the battery pack;
a USB output port connectable to a powered device for supplying output power to the powered device;
an electronic controller configured to control the charging current and the output power; and
a light emitting diode (“LED”) assembly including a plurality of LEDs, the plurality of LEDs configured to display a charging indication of the battery pack.
