1. A complex compound comprising a resin fine particle represented by the following general formula (1):

wherein, R1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted phenylene group, R2 represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, R3 and R4 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbons or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 5 to 12 carbons, and based on the total of 100% of the values of n and m, the value of n is within the range of 20 to 100%, the value of m is within the range of 0 to 80%, and * represents a position of bonding with a surface of the resin fine particle,
and a transition metal in the resin fine particle which is nickel, and
wherein the phosphorous content of the surface of the fine resin particle is 1.3 mmol/g or more, and wherein the mol ratio of the phosphine group of formula (1) to the transition metal in the resin fine particle is from 10:1 to 2:1.
