1. An exercise apparatus comprising:
a base and support frame,
a rotating bar,
at least two arms configured to receive weights, wherein each arm comprises at least one rest stop,
a handle coupled at one end of each arm and configured to allow a user to hold on to the arm for added balance and to control movement of the arms off of a rest stop so that the user can perform an exercise,
wherein the rotating bar is configured to rotate during an exercise motion, and
a back support component connected to the rotating bar.
