1. A plyometric box, comprising:
a platform; and
a first sidewall and a second sidewall rotationally fixed with respect to each other, the first sidewall and the second sidewall extending downwardly from the platform, wherein the first sidewall includes a first side, an opposed second side, and a first stacking rib on an interior surface of the first sidewall proximate the first side;
wherein the first stacking rib extends downwardly from the platform along the first sidewall and has a vertically-extending inner edge that is angled inwardly and upwardly with respect to a vertical direction, wherein a portion of the vertically-extending inner edge is positioned below a bottom surface of the platform in an interior of the plyometric box; and
wherein the first stacking rib has a bottom surface extending outwardly into the interior of the plyometric box, and wherein the bottom surface of the first stacking rib is spaced upwardly from a bottom edge of the first sidewall.
