1. An extract mixture, comprising a dedifferentiated cell extract of a plant obtained from supercritical extraction, wherein based on a total weight of the extract mixture, the dedifferentiated cell extract of the plant is in an amount of 0.005 weight percent to 30 weight percent;
the plant is Bletilla plant in family Orchidaceae;
a solvent used in the supercritical extraction is carbon dioxide; and
the dedifferentiated cell is obtained from a callus.
