1. An orthopedic instrument for knee arthroplasty comprising:
an anterior-posterior sizer assembly having a stylus and a sizer body, wherein the stylus is moveable relative to the sizer body, wherein the sizer body has a channel formed therein and extending in an medial-lateral direction;
a frame having a central portion and a medial foot and a lateral foot configured to reference a medial and a lateral condyle of a femur, respectively; and
a rotation mechanism including:
a recess;
a cam slider received in the channel of the sizer body and extending from the sizer body;
a knob movable within the recess, wherein the knob has a first side and a second side opposite the first side, wherein the second side includes a curved cam groove that forms a cam guide, wherein the knob includes flute-like or scallop-like formations along a portion of a periphery thereof;
wherein the cam slider includes a first post guidable by the cam groove of the knob, whereby rotating the knob rotates the sizer body relative to the frame.
