1. A releasable medical drape comprising:
a film;
a mesh coupled to the film;
a plurality of strands coupled to at least one of the mesh and the film;
a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating the mesh; and
a soft-gel coating the plurality of strands.
 
11. A system for treating a tissue site comprising:
a manifold configured to be disposed over the tissue site;
a reduced-pressure source configured to be fluidly coupled to the manifold to supply negative pressure to the tissue site; and
a releasable medical drape comprising:
a film;
a mesh coupled to the film;
a plurality of strands coupled to at least one of the mesh and the film;
a pressure sensitive adhesive coating the mesh; and
a soft-gel coating the plurality of strands.
