1. A heating device, comprising:
a rotating body extending in a longitudinal direction;
a heating source configured to heat the rotating body;
a rotating body holder holding both longitudinal ends of the rotating body rotatably;
a lubricant of liquid or semi-solid adhering to the rotating body holder. and
a shield including a shielding portion extending in the longitudinal direction into an interior the rotating body such that, within the interior the rotating body, the shield is between the heating source and the rotating body holder to maintain a temperature of the rotating body holder below a generation temperature of fine particles of the lubricant.
