1. An absorbent article comprising:
a topsheet;
an outer cover; and
an absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and the outer cover;
wherein the outer cover comprises a multilayer substrate comprising:
a first outer layer and a second outer layer, wherein at least one of the first and second outer layers comprises a component that exhibits at least partial elastic recovery;
an inner layer, disposed between the first outer layer and the second outer layer, the inner layer comprising elastic strands; and
wherein at least one of the first outer layer and second outer layer is laminated to the inner layer;
wherein at least one of the first and second outer layers comprises a film-nonwoven laminate; and
wherein the film-nonwoven laminate comprises a film comprising at least one elastomeric component.
