18 Claims

1. A computer-implemented method, comprising:

assigning, by the server and to a customer, a telephone number that is associated with a classification that is associated with characteristics of the customer;

receiving, by the server, a request to initiate a telephone call between a calling phone of the customer and a callee phone, wherein the request includes the telephone number; and

based on the classification associated with the telephone number, determining, by the server, whether to notify the callee phone of the telephone call.
